Our services are available to all members of the community regardless of race, socioeconomic class, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, language, national origin, and immigration status. These services are free and confidential. 

24-Hour Help

Our talk, text, and chat Helplines operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, offering three different options for primary and survivors to talk with staff and trained volunteer.

Support Groups + Workshops

Our support groups offer a safe space to talk to people with similar experiences, giving survivors the opportunity to learn and support one another.

Therapy

We offer short-term, trauma-focused therapy in English and Spanish. We also provide clinical case management, connecting you with a therapist who meets your needs.

Drop-in Counseling

Every Monday from 12:30pm to 4pm we offer drop-in counseling. This is not a therapy session, but a crisis resource. This service is free and available in English and Spanish.

Advocacy

We are available to attend medical, legal, and law enforcement appointments with clients to provide support throughout the process.
