Summer Slow-Down

OCRCC Summer 2025 Schedule

Will be operating on limited services starting:

May 1, 2025 through August 30, 2025

What does this mean for you?

If you are seeking services with our organization, OR you are a professional seeking support for your client, please review the services available with the exception of hospital accompaniment that we can provide:

  • Support in filing for a 50c/50b: Call our helpline to schedule an appointment for same day support or to schedule a day that works best for you.
  • Crisis and emotional support on our 24/7 helpline via call, text or chat at: (919) 967-7273
  • Accompaniment to the hospital 24/7 anytime, day or night
  • Screenings into our programs (I.e. client advocacy, therapy, and support groups)
  • What does a waitlist or screening process look like for return calls?
    • Our staff will reach out once services are fully available or if you are interested in client advocacy. You do not need to follow up unless you need immediate help. Timelines may change, but the helpline team will let you know when to expect a follow-up.

If you are a current client, your client advocate will reach out to you with dates they can meet with you and dates they are off. If you are in immediate crisis please call, text, or chat our 24/7 helpline at (919) 967-7273 or your local 911.

All in office services are currently available by appointment only.

Contact any of our 3 Helplines to make an appointment or find support.
